Scunthorpe is an industrial town in North Lincolnshire, in the ceremonial county of Lincolnshire, England. It is the county's third most populous settlement, after Lincoln and Grimsby. The town had an estimated total population of 82,334 in 2016. An industrial town, it is the United Kingdom's largest steel processing centre and is also known as the "Industrial Garden Town". The Member of Parliament for Scunthorpe is Conservative politician Holly Mumby-Croft.
