This is the first described report in which nausea and vomiting were the only presenting symptoms of clozapine-induced myocarditis. We focus in this vignette on the clinical management in a cardiac service as well as provide a brief literature review to understand the possible pathophysiology of Clozapine induced cardiotoxicity.
