WebbI'm trying to get ready for a job today and my makeup won't cooperate. Earlier in the week I did a simple concealer-as-foundation look with some bronzer, blush, highlight, brows, and eyeshadow. It looked fabulous for someone who has never been great at doing their makeup. I tried recreating it today and it just looks cakey and awful. WebbIt is my understanding that applying foundation everywhere including the eyes is generally not recommended, because it makes the eyeshadow stick less. Instead, people seem to leave out the eye area when applying foundation, and apply a special eye primer. Now, if I apply foundation with a beauty blender, how big is the eye area that I should avoid?
