WebJul 7, 2024 · You are expected to go to bed at a reasonable hour, and sleep for at least 8 hours. There is order to the day. Mine often looked like this: time to prepare for the day (I got an hour in the morning), breakfast, quiet time, recess/physical activity, TV time, study time (for school-aged patients), recreation time, and group therapy.
