WebFlicker Cloak cooldown is not disabled when using it in middle of GC, during, before or after cooldown. Labyrinth Armor does not effect charge only dmg. Literally doesn't make apocalypse easier, only good if you are quickly overwhelmed by enemies that range from 5+ enemies at a consistent time. So i take off all mod from weapon then craft the last mod (flicker cloak) and gained Mod enthusiast achievement Maybe u could do that with new character I am nor ready to collect all these mods again tbh, it will take a long time.
