WebAug 17, 2024 · I am having the same issue with a officejet pro 276dw. and the Telstra gen 3 modem. It connected perfectly to the Telstra gen 2 modem but not the gen 3. My laserjet pro MFP M426fdw connected perfectly to the gen 3 modem. The access control list on the modem is disabled by default so should not stop mac address's. Webstep 2 - log into your modem.
